Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

EU Customers: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (the "cooling-off period"), without giving any reason.

How to Start a Return Contact us at abbzco2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (including pet food)
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at abbzco2@gmail.com.

Exchanges We replace items only if defective or damaged. Contact abbzco2@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check your bank account, then contact your card provider. If still unresolved, email us at abbzco2@gmail.com.
